Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Ambassador based in Bekasi. The Brand Ambassador is responsible for driving membership sales, providing excellent customer service, and building long-term relationships with members. This role focuses on understanding members fitness goals and recommending suitable membership options and services to support their journey.

Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness industry is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented

Passionate about fitness, health, and helping people achieve their goals

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Basic computer skills and familiarity with systems is a plus
