We are looking for a talented Brand Activation Supervisor to join our Brand Marketing team and strengthen Bumame's brand presence through impactful, measurable, and conversion-driven brand activation initiatives.

Position Overview

The Brand Activation Supervisor will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Bumame's brand activation, partnership, and community initiatives, both offline and online. This role plays a critical part in increasing Bumame's brand relevance, visibility, and credibility, while strategically translating brand presence into measurable business impact, including lead generation and product adoption.

This role sits within the Brand Marketing team and works closely with Social Media, Creative, KOL/Community, to ensure all brand activations align with Bumame's brand positioning and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the planning and execution of brand activation and partnership initiatives with brands, communities, and institutions to improve brand performance and product adoption.
  • Actively develop and manage a brand activation and partnership pipeline, aligned with Bumame's target audience and business priorities.
  • Ensure each activation delivers clear brand marketing value and/or conversion outcomes.
  • Define objectives, success metrics, and KPIs for each activation (e.g. leads, conversion, reach, engagement, partnership value) and translate insights into recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Ensure Bumame's brand presence remains consistent, relevant, and visible across offline and online activation channels.
  • Align all brand activation initiatives with Bumame's brand positioning as an elevated preventive healthcare provider.
  • Maintain relevance with target communities through timely, culturally aligned activations.
  • Lead key brand moments, including: Product or service launches, Clinic openings, Offline and online events and community programs.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution, including concept development, coordination, and on-site implementation.
  • Adapt trends strategically to fit Bumame's brand image, healthcare credibility, and business objectives.
  • Ensure brand activations are effectively amplified through social media and content collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 34 years of relevant experience in brand activation, event marketing, partnership marketing, or community marketing.
  • Proven experience in conceptualizing and executing offline and online brand activations, including end-to-end logistics and coordination. Possesses a network of trusted event and production vendors relevant to brand activation needs.
  • Experience tracking and evaluating activation performance with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of branding, audience behavior, and experiential marketing.
  • Experience in wellness, lifestyle, sports, or healthcare industries is a strong plus.
  • Possess strong industry connections and partnership networks.
  • High sense of ownership; self-driven and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • Willing to travel and work on weekends as required for events and activities.
