Branch Relationship Officer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Relationship Officer role based in Kelapa Gading. The Branch Relationship Officer will build and maintain relationships with customer service, relationship manager, and business partners. Daily activities include identifying sales opportunities, presenting financing products, processing applications, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation. The role involves providing responsive customer service, handling inquiries and follow-ups, and ensuring that standards and compliance requirements are met. The Branch Relationship Officer will also support branch-level campaigns, monitor portfolio performance, and contribute to achieving sales and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Relationship Management and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation to customers and partners.
• Proven Sales ability, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, ideally within financial services, banking, or automotive financing.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Previous experience in branch operations, lending, or auto finance is an advantage.
• High integrity, results-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
