We are looking for a dedicated Branch Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our health services. We know that running a successful clinic isn't just about managing schedulesit's about ensuring every patient feels cared for while keeping the business running smoothly and efficiently.
What You Will Do:
- Driving force behind our clinic's daily success, managing the 4 core pillars of branch operations: People, Customer, Internal Process, and Financials.
- Oversee the end-to-end patient journey ensuring all processes comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and healthcare regulations.
- Manage, train, and develop both medical and non-medical staff. You will handle shift scheduling and foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
- Actively improve our Patient Satisfaction Index. You will be the point of escalation for complaint resolution, turning challenges into opportunities for customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns. You will manage branch operational costs and drive initiatives to meet revenue targets.
- Ensure the readiness, cleanliness, and maintenance of all medical equipment and clinic facilities to guarantee patient comfort and safety.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of working experience in healthcare/clinic operations, with a proven track record in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to manage data (e.g., patient traffic, inventory) to make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.
- High agility and dependability to navigate the fast-paced clinic environment.
