Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage branch operations to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Drive new account acquisition and expand the client base through proactive business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and strategic partners.
- Develop and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve branch performance targets.
- Identify market opportunities and implement effective sales strategies to increase transaction volume.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial industry regulations.
- Monitor branch performance and provide strategic direction to maximize productivity and profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the securities, banking, or financial services industry.
- Must hold a valid WPPE (Wakil Perantara Pedagang Efek) license.
- Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and acquiring new clients/accounts.
- Strong leadership, business development, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of capital market products, including equities and mutual funds.
- Strong network and ability to develop new business opportunities.
