Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site Branch Manager role located in Jember-Banyuwangi Area. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the branch, managing staff, monitoring sales and revenue, maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Understanding of financial statements and budgeting
- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
