Branch Head will be responsible for managing and operating all aspects of branch's business and activities; manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field is required with min 5 years experience in leadership roles is a must.
- Demonstrated operational expertise in Heavy Equipment Sales dan Aftermarket
- Familiar with rules and regulations of Heavy Equipment industry;
- Having a good network and relationships with mining customers, leasing, government, etc;
- Proven business and people management experience;
- Great interpersonal and communication skills;
