Planning, leading, directing, organizing, and overseeing assigned branch operations
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
Monitor the development of funding customers within the Medan branch
Comply with all banking and company regulations, policies, and procedures
Proactively identify sales opportunities with an emphasis on establishing profitable client relationships and deepening existing client relationships
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any major
Ideally, 2-3 years of leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Mastering the provisions of BI, OJK, and applicable laws and regulations related to Bank business activities, previous experience as a Branch Manager is preferable
Familiar with funding segment and understand the risks in bank business activities
Excellent people skills and customer service experience
Ability to give input and implement changes to policy and procedure
Strong business acumen and understand the market within Medan/North Sumatera area well
