Job Purposes
Conduct market analysis and plan budgets/targets and action plans for branches
Review and analyze target achievement for the Sales Team and monitor claim performance for each branch.
Job Accountability:
- Develop sales performance of all products both domestic and international
- Give innovative solution to all customers while still keep the quality of the service and bring additional values to the company
- Analyze market trend as an opportunity of new business development
- Lead and develop the skills and competence of all team
- Coordinate and collaborate with all related parties to achieve a synergy within the group and towards expected customer experience
- Ensure policies, processes and procedures to support and improve operational performance
- Managing Operational (Operation, Customer Service & Document) to meet customer satisfaction level
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives and help to identify inefficiencies and cost optimization
- Responsible on profitability, from revenue generation and expense spending
