PFEC Global is an award-winning Australia-based education consultancy company with 19 years of industry experience. Currently, PFEC Global operates successfully across Australia, Bangladesh, India, and Sri Lanka. As part of our international expansion plan, we are establishing our first office in Jakarta, Indonesia.
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial professional to join us as the first employee in Indonesia and lead the establishment and growth of our Jakarta operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Establishment & Operations
- Lead the setup and establishment of PFEC Global's first office in Jakarta
- Identify suitable office locations and coordinate office rental/finalization
- Support office setup, infrastructure, vendor coordination, and operational readiness
- Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations
Team Building & Management
- Work closely with the HR team to recruit and build the local team
- Support onboarding, training, and team development
- Lead, supervise, and manage the Indonesia team effectively
- Create a professional, performance-driven, and positive work culture
Business Development & Growth
- Develop and expand PFEC Global's student recruitment and business network in Indonesia
- Build relationships with schools, institutions, partners, and stakeholders
- Achieve branch growth and operational targets
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion strategies
Leadership & Reporting
- Act as the primary representative of PFEC Global in Indonesia
- Maintain regular communication with regional/global management
- Prepare operational and business reports as required
Requirements
- Entrepreneurship Mindset
- 7–8 years of experience in the education consultancy industry (preferably with extensive experience in the Australian education sector).
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of the Indonesian market
- Excellent communication and networking abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle startup operations
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
