Job Description

SCOPE OF WORK:

  • Achieve the branch's targeted sales.
  • Explain the process of overseas study arrangements to prospective parents and students.
  • Capable of leading a team effectively.
  • Build good relationships with partner universities and high schools in Pekanbaru.
  • Understand the overseas education system.
  • Monitor the targets of each team member.
  • Manage daily branch operations, including administration, inventory, and other operational activities.
  • Supervise and evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and identify training or development needs.
  • Handle internal team issues and conflicts with customers effectively and professionally.
  • Identify new market opportunities and industry trends for long-term business growth.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as finance, human resources, and operations, to achieve branch objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and performance-oriented work culture among team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in Management, Communication, Psychology, or related field.
  • Preferred candidates with international education and recruitment experience. Having studied abroad is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of work experience with team leadership experience.
  • Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Enjoy meeting and interacting with students and parents.
  • Possess strong leadership qualities, decisive, and professional.
  • Able to use and understand CRM systems.
  • Strong mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
