About the role
As the Branch Manager East Java, you will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of our regional office in Surabaya, East Java. In this full-time position, you will drive the commercial success of the branch, ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality medical solutions and support services to our customers across the region

- sEnsure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and internal policie
- sCollaborate closely with the wider IDS Medical Systems Group to share best practices and align on strategic prioritie
sWhat we're looking fo
- rSignificant experience (8+ years) in a management role, preferably within the medical equipment or healthcare industr
- yProven track record of successfully leading and growing a regional sales office or branc
- hExcellent commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategie
- sStrong leadership skills, with the capacity to motivate, coach and develop high-performing team
- sExceptional communication and stakeholder management skill
- sProficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verba
- lRelevant degree or professional qualifications in a related fiel
