Branch Manager Central Sumatera

We're currently looking for a Branch Manager (Central Sumatera-Pekanbaru) to join our dynamic team at ASUS Indonesia. This role is crucial in driving growth through dealer development, relationship management, and strategic market execution within the assigned territory.

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee daily operations of the Central Sumatera branch to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Manage sales targets and ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and enterprise clients.
• Develop and implement local marketing strategies in coordination with the national marketing team.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team to maximize performance and professional growth.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure product availability.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Act as a liaison between the branch and head office for seamless communication and implementation of company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Branch Management role, preferably within the IT industry.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• A data-driven approach that leverages both quantitative and qualitative measurements.
• Strong analytical ability, with excellent tracking and organizational skills.
