We're currently looking for a Branch Manager (Central Sumatera) to join our dynamic team at ASUS Indonesia. This role is crucial in driving growth through dealer development, relationship management, and strategic market execution within the assigned territory.
Job Descriptions:
- Oversee daily operations of the Central Sumatera branch to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Manage sales targets and ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and enterprise clients.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies in coordination with the national marketing team.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team to maximize performance and professional growth.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure product availability.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Act as a liaison between the branch and head office for seamless communication and implementation of company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Branch Management role, preferably within the IT industry.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- A data-driven approach that leverages both quantitative and qualitative measurements.
- Strong analytical ability, with excellent tracking and organizational skills.
