About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Batam operations. You will be responsible for the overall commercial and operational performance of the branch, driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and managing a complex, cross-functional team. This role requires a strategic leader with deep industry knowledge in logistics and freight forwarding, capable of navigating the unique business environment of Batam.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch commercial & operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive sales growth and develop strategies to expand market presence.
• Oversee the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote team collaboration.
• Manage budgets and financial performance of the branch.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree (MBA) is a plus
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role
• Proven experience in managing a P&L and driving commercial growth

Pay range and compensation package
