Saat ini kami membuka kesempatan untuk kalian bergabung bersama kami untuk posisi Branch Manager.

Responsibilities:

-Manage, supervise, and control the implementation of branch activities

-Collaborate and coordinate with divisions at Head Office

-Create long-term plans and short-term strategies, and coordinate with all staff/departments

-Periodically monitor business realization, such as sales targets, budgets, and performance, to achieve predetermined results.

-Ensure that all Risk Management policies and procedures accordance with applicable regulations

-Ensure that the AML & CFT program is implemented effectively.

Qualifications:

-Preferably a Bachelor's degree in any major.

-Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Bank Branch Manager.

-Strong knowledge of banking, business, and marketing.

-Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

-Good communication and negotiation skills.

-Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
