Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, improve branch performance, and lead the sales, service, and spare parts teams to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include developing strategies for growth, ensuring customer satisfaction through superior service quality, monitoring operational efficiency, and mentoring staff to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in sales planning, customer relationship management, and achieving business targets
- Proficiency in operations management and process optimization
- Effective problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- Ability to develop strategic plans and analyze market trends
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the automotive industry is a significant advantage
