Job Description

Job Description:

  • Maintain automated dashboards that provide branch managers with real-time visibility into their team's performance metrics
  • Execute the end-to-end calculation of branch incentives and monthly KPIs, ensuring zero-error margins before final distribution
  • Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting issues related to branch office sales tools
  • Deliver socialization sessions to introduce new operational guidelines or incentive structures.
  • Identify and recommend ways to eliminate operational bottlenecks and optimize work methodologies in branches

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 (three) years experience in banking industry; Branch/Head Office
  • Strong in data management and analytics
  • Ability to communicate and build positive relation with related stakeholder
  • Understand policy making/policy updates process in banking industry
  • Excellent in operating Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point)
