Coordinate manpower requests with third-party vendors to maintain adequate workforce supply.
Validate worker information and deployment schedules to ensure operational accuracy.
Monitor workforce fulfillment, identify issues, and coordinate timely resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
Conduct onboarding and training to prepare Daily Workers for operational assignments.
Evaluate training outcomes and manage system access for qualified workers.
Requirements:
Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek Area
Background in Manufacturing/Warehouse/Logistic is highly preferred
Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in any major.
Has prior 1-2 years of working experience in workforce management, manpower fulfillment, warehouse operations, vendor management, or a related operational role.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management, reporting, and analysis.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Able to collaborate and coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a structured work environment.
