Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Booking Officer at Dune Group Indonesia located in Denpasar. The Booking Admin will be responsible for handling customer reservations, providing administrative assistance, managing customer service inquiries, and supporting finance-related tasks.

Qualifications

• English is a must
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Analytical Skills for data interpretation
• Experience in Administrative & Logistic Assistance
• Basic understanding of Finance principles
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of the diving industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
