Shape the Financial Foundation of a New Hospitality Landmark

Anahita Bali, a premier luxury property in Canggu, Bali, is looking for a meticulous and strategic Book Keeper to establish and oversee its financial structure and compliance under the Elevated by Danapati brand. As a key player in the pre-opening team, you will be responsible for ensuring financial stability, optimizing budget allocation, and maintaining regulatory compliance. If you're a detail-oriented finance expert with a passion for hospitality, we want you on board!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial reporting and budgeting for both pre-opening and operational phases.
• Oversee the implementation of PMS systems (VHP preferred) and accounting software.
• Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
• Monitor revenue streams, control operational expenses, and optimize cash flow.
• Establish financial controls to enhance profitability and safeguard assets.
• Collaborate with Danapati's corporate finance team and the Hotel Manager to ensure financial success.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Have a proven track on similar position in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of PMS systems (VHP preferred) and accounting software.
• Expertise in pre-opening budgeting, cost control, and financial planning is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia proficiency preferred).
