We Are Looking For:

As the Building Management System Manager, you will report to the Operations Director to support the operations team. You will be responsible for leading the establishment of the data center infrastructure systems for new and existing setup. You will be accountable to support the capacity loading, asset management, maintenance management, and knowledge and experience in risk management compliance.

To succeed in this role, you should have extensive knowledge and experience in mechanical and electrical engineering, fire and security systems couple with excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure effective work order maintenance systems of electrical & mechanical and fire protection systems and minimize occurrences of breakdowns.
• Provide strategic advice on preventive, preventive and reactive maintenance through adopting analytical approach.
• Fulfil and sustain maintenance levels by monitoring the benchmarks and performance indicators.
• Lead BMS/CCCS design, architecture, and logic validation to ensure compliance with data center performance requirements.
• Review and approve control sequences, setpoints, and system behaviors to ensure safe and optimal operations.
• Lead initiatives improving reliability, efficiency, automation, and monitoring visibility of BMS/CCCS systems.
• Manage system upgrades, firmware updates, and lifecycle replacements to maintain reliability and compliance.
• Ensure BMS/CCCS systems comply with OT cybersecurity standards, network segmentation, and audit requirements.
• Develop real time dashboard platform for monitoring capacity loading and ensure all maintenance regimes and activities are complying and in accordance with contractual agreement.
• Explore utilization of AI technology to support the critical facility team on preventive approach of the critical facility infrastructure equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• Diploma/ degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering/ Building Services or equivalent.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in data center industry.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word, BMS, CMMS/ DCIM, ERP and Microsoft BI.
• Excellent in problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Ability to articulate and explain technical concepts to non-technically trained stakeholders.

Other Added Advantage:

• Certification in Data Analysis Fundamentals Courses.
