We are currently representing one of our client in the Data Center industry
Job Description
- Managing the operations and maintenance of the building management system (BMS)
- Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards within the property department
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise system performance
- Overseeing system upgrades and implementing new technologies as needed
- Monitoring and analysing system data to identify areas for improvement
- Providing technical support and training to the team regarding BMS operations
- Ensuring timely reporting and documentation of system performance metrics
- Liaising with vendors and contractors to ensure effective service delivery
The Successful Applicant
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with portfolio in data center or mission-critical facilities industry.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of BMS, CMMS/DCIM platforms, ERP systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft BI)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong background in root cause analysis
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
