As a CRM Business Analyst, you will be client-facing and responsible for the discovery, scoping, and collection of requirements to build and deploy solutions that are tailored to your customer. You'll solve problems using your CRM knowledge as you liaise between Avanade clients, your project team, and the wider internal CRM community. This role provides the opportunity to work for Microsoft's #1 partner, with an unrivalled focus on personal development and training in both technology and softer consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Consult and advise our clients and internal stakeholders on uses of technology to solve business problems
- Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions for workstreams
- Transform business requirements into application requirements to populate the requirements traceability matrix and conduct a fit/gap analysis
- Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to ensure functional requirements are understood
- Prototype, configure, and test respective business processes
- You will manage your clients expectations effectively
- Build Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner and/or end user
- Work to presales to consulting mode for the across industry of clienst across Indonesia for CRM opprortunities
- Work along with guidance of your mentors, Avanade Solutions Architects to build blueprints and presentations for pitches across pursuits
Qualifications
Skills & Experiences
- You've achieved a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in within Computer Science, or relevant field
- Have good presentation skills across working at a given audiences
- Would be great if you may have internship experiences in
- Would be great if you had internship experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules/ Power Platforms
- At least one full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM / / Power Platforms
- You have a passion for learning along with good business sense and time management
