BIPA Teacher - Japanese as Language Instruction

Role Description

We are seeking a part-time, on-siteBIPA (Indonesian Language for Foreign Speakers) Teacher Japanese as the Language of Instruction, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The teacher will deliver personalized BIPA lessons for a private expatriate client in the Pondok Indah area. Responsibilities include designing and delivering engaging lessons, adapting materials to the learner's needs, and ensuring effective communication and progress in Indonesian language acquisition.

Qualifications

• Proven experience teaching BIPA to expatriate learners.
• Proficiency in Japanese as a medium of instruction, with strong teaching methodologies and communication skills.
• Ability to tailor learning materials to individual needs and conduct effective assessments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and adaptability when working with diverse learners.
• Educational background in teaching or language education; a bachelor's degree in Education, Language Studies, or related fields is preferred.
• A strong passion for language learning and supporting learners in both personal and professional growth.
