Role Description The Biology Teacher will deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned biology lessons to secondary-level students in a classroom setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and preparing lessons, delivering instruction, facilitating classroom discussions, assessing student progress, and providing timely feedback. The teacher will design practical activities and experiments, integrate relevant educational technology, and maintain accurate records of grades and attendance. Additional duties include participating in staff meetings, collaborating with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects, and communicating effectively with students and families. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan.
Qualifications

• Ability to plan, organize, and adapt lessons effectively, demonstrating strong Lesson Planning skills.
• Proven experience as a Qualified Teacher with a track record of effective Teaching in a school environment.
• Solid academic background in Biology and the capacity to explain complex scientific concepts clearly.
• Strong Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues in a professional manner.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Science Education, or a closely related field.
• Valid teaching certification or license, where applicable.
• Ability to manage classrooms constructively and support diverse learning needs.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to school policies and educational standards.
