Role Summary
We're looking for a skilled BIM Modeler specializing in MEP systems to develop accurate, coordinated models for international projects, working alongside multidisciplinary design and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed MEP BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Build and maintain Revit Families, including parametric frameworks, geometry, and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to resolve MEP clashes within the BIM environment
- Prepare detailed electrical layouts — power, lighting, cable routing, containment, fire alarm, and security systems
- Perform clash detection and propose resolutions across disciplines
- Produce 2D drawings and documentation from BIM models for construction and coordination purposes
- Maintain and update models throughout the project lifecycle to reflect design changes and as-built conditions
- Stay current with BIM industry trends, standards, and software developments across Architecture, Structure, and MEP
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP modeling using Revit and AutoCAD
- Proven track record as a BIM Modeler with an electrical/MEP specialization, ideally in construction
- Strong command of MEP design principles and codes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary and international project teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is required — this role works directly with international project teams
Preferred
- Experience with additional BIM tools and platforms
- Familiarity with automation workflows to improve modeling efficiency
- Proficiency with cloud-based collaboration platforms
- Working knowledge of international construction documentation standards
