BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role located in South Jakarta. The BIM Coordinator will manage and oversee Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, collaborate with architectural and engineering teams, and ensure project documentation compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating BIM workflows, supporting Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design, monitoring project delivery, and maintaining model standards to facilitate effective communication and project execution.

• Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination.
• Strong background in Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Experience in Project Management with the ability to oversee schedules and budgets effectively.
• Proficient in relevant CAD and BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional team environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with South Jakarta construction regulations and standards is an advantage.
