Beverage Manager

We are seeking an experienced Bar & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate beverage operations across a beautiful boutique , multi-outlet property. The role oversees four distinct beverage concepts, ranging from specialty coffee to wine, cocktails, and premium whiskey.

This is a senior leadership position for a hands-on professional with strong commercial acumen, deep beverage knowledge, and a passion for exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead beverage operations across multiple outlets with distinct identities
• Develop and maintain cocktail, wine, spirits, coffee, and non-alcoholic programs
• Ensure consistent quality, service standards, and brand presentation
• Recruit, train, and manage bar managers, bartenders, and baristas
• Control beverage costs, inventory, pricing, and profitability in accordance with company standards
• Work closely with suppliers and brand partners
• Support events, tastings, activations, and VIP experiences
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and responsible service standards

Requirements :

• 5+ years experience in bar or beverage operations
• Proven experience in a managerial or multi-outlet role
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, Sake,premium spirits (especially whiskey), Beers and coffee
• Solid understanding of cost control and inventory management
• Confident leader with excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of modern cocktails trends and techniques
• Detail-oriented, organized, and commercially minded

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in hotels, hospitality groups, or destination venues

Beverage certifications (WSET, CMS, barista, or equivalent)

Experience working with premium or high-volume beverage concepts
