SKINTIFIC Indonesia is looking for an enthusiastic Beauty Training Manager to join our team and help drive sales success by empowering our Beauty Advisors across Indonesia. What You'll Do:
- Create and adapt training materials that align with company SOPs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our Beauty Advisors.
- Conduct engaging product training sessions to ensure Beauty Advisors are well-prepared throughout the sales cycles.
- Plan and execute annual regional gatherings to connect, inspire, and celebrate our team of Beauty Advisors.
- Provide on-the-ground coaching at Points of Sale (POS) to help Beauty Advisors improve their skills and customer interactions.
- Spend time on the field to observe customer behavior, gather insights, and engage with Beauty Advisors to enhance their performance.
- Analyze, update, and evaluate regional training and coaching projects to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in developing and delivering training, with strong coaching skills and a keen eye for detail in Retail/Beauty/Personal Care Industry
- Strong experience in training including delivery of training, ability to coach with a strong sense of detail, and a strong focus on growing sales capabilities
- Fluent in English
- MUA certification (will be a huge plus)
- High level of competence in presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Confidence in presenting and influencing at all levels
- Highly driven, energetic, flexible and team spirited.
