Job Description

Develop and conduct engaging business and product training programs.
Deliver both offline and online training sessions, including weekends when required.
Ensure brand consistency in all training delivery, aligning with BSKIN's core philosophy.
Maintain deep and up-to-date knowledge of all product lines, including key features, ingredients, and best-selling points.
Confidently present, demonstrate, and explain BSKIN products across multiple platforms
Represent BSKIN during events, workshops, and product launches, ensuring a premium and consistent brand experience.
Assist in setting up demo areas or training sessions during key activations.
Support our Beauty Adisors when assigned to maintain brand training standards.

Minimum Qualifications

Min. Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience as a beauty trainer, educator, or in related roles within skincare or cosmetics.
Passionate about skincare and wellness.
Strong communication and presentation skills; confident and engaging speaker.
Positive, reliable team player with a can-do and adaptable attitude.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with professionalism and flexibility.
Warm and approachable personality, with patience to teach diverse audiences.
Willing to travel and work during weekends when required for events or trainings.
