Sales Promotion Girl - Beauty Advisor - Majestic Cosme (Boots Jakarta)
Majestic Cosme is looking for a confident, well-presented, and sales-driven Beauty Advisor to represent our premium skincare brand at our retail partner, Boots Store in Jakarta.

Job Responsibilities
- Represent Majestic Cosme professionally in-store
- Educate customers about our skincare products, ingredients, and technology
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customers skin concerns
- Actively approach and engage walk-in customers
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Maintain product display cleanliness and stock readiness
- Submit simple daily sales reports
Requirements
- Well-groomed, presentable, and confident
- Minimum high school graduate
- Experience as Beauty Advisor / SPG / retail sales (skincare preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a retail environment
- Passionate about skincare and beauty industry
Working Schedule
- 5 working days + 2 day offs
- Shift-based (afternoon schedule)
- Placement: Boots Store Jakarta (location TBC)
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic salary: IDR 3,000,000 – 5,000,000 (based on experience)
- Commission per product sold: IDR 80,000 – 150,000
