As a Beauty Education Trainer, You Will
- Deliver training programs for Beauty Advisors (Induction, Masterclass, Refreshment)
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness (pre-test, post-test, feedback)
- Ensure all Beauty Advisors understand brand DNA and SOP
- Conduct field coaching and store visits to ensure training implementation
- Track and report training performance & KPI
Requirements
- Strong skills in both skincare and make-up application
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (engaging, fun, and not monotonous)
- Passionate in beauty industry and up-to-date with trends (makeup & skincare)
- Willing to learn, adaptive, and open to feedback
