Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Beauty Consultant based in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding clients through tailored beauty consultations, offering expert advice on skin care solutions, and recommending suitable products and services. Daily responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, achieving retail sales targets, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in the beauty and skincare industry. Additionally, you will assist in creating a welcoming and luxurious environment for clients within the center.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and proficiency in Cosmetology and Skin Care practices
• Understanding of beauty and skincare Product Knowledge
• Experience in Customer Service and ensuring client satisfaction
• Skills and experience in Retail Sales and upselling techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients
• An eye for detail to provide tailored and personalized beauty consultations
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage
• Previous experience in the beauty or wellness industry is preferred
