Role Description The Beauty Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Palembang. In this role, the Beauty Advisor provides personalized beauty consultations, recommending suitable skincare and cosmetic products according to customer needs and preferences. Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, offering product demonstrations, explaining product benefits, and supporting retail sales targets. The Beauty Advisor maintains product displays, ensures cleanliness and organization of the service area, and assists with inventory checks. This role also involves handling customer inquiries, providing follow-up care advice, and contributing to a welcoming, professional in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to provide safe, tailored beauty and skincare advice.
• Solid product knowledge covering a range of beauty and skincare brands, ingredients, and usage recommendations.
• Customer service skills focused on active listening, empathy, and clear communication to create a positive customer experience.
• Retail sales experience, including cross-selling, upselling, and achieving sales targets in a store environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Palembang, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Basic computer literacy for using point-of-sale systems and maintaining customer records; prior experience in beauty retail is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in beauty or skincare are considered a plus.
