UFLP is Unilever's flagship 30-month Management Trainee Programme, designed to develop future leaders across Unilever's core business functions.



  • Bachelor's or Master's fresh graduates or student who will graduate before 1 Oct 2026
  • Max. 2 years of work experience (excluding internships)
  • Minimum GPA 3.30
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong leadership with active involvement in organizations/projects/competitions
  • High learning agility, ownership mindset, and resilience
