Responsibilities
One of our valued clients is looking for an experienced
Creative Designer to drive visual identity and guide creative direction. The Creative Designer will
lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and translate brand vision into compelling visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design projects across apparel, branding, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain brand visual identity and design guidelines.
- Create assets for e-commerce, social media, and marketing materials.
- Review and guide junior designer's work with constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in creative direction and execute independently.
- Research industry trends to inform design decisions.
- Ensure all outputs are on-brand and delivered on time.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
Requirements (Must-Have)
- 4–5+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, apparel/merchandise design, and digital assets.
- Advanced proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Figma, etc.).
- Understanding of the FMCG industry.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working remotely.
Requirements (Nice-to-Have)
- 3D mockup tool experience (e.g., SketchUp, Blender, etc.).
- Video/motion graphics skills (e.g, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, etc.).
- Experience with AI creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Suno, etc.).
- E-commerce or DTC brand background.
