Bartender

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As a Bartender at Topgolf Jakarta, you will set the tone for our guest experience. You'll make our guests feel welcome, engage with them, introduce them to exciting beverage offerings and ensure their visits are memorable. If you enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment and consistently deliver high-quality services while embodying Topgolf Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.

HOW YOU'LL DO IT:

• Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile and memorable greetings upon arrival.
• Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems, ensuring consistency and quality in every beverage served.
• Anticipate guest service needs by asking questions, observing preferences and acting on them whenever possible to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit (CO2 lines, soda tanks, soda guns, drain, etc), tables and other tools, following all set up guidelines
• Requisition all necessary supplies, specifically bottle-for-bottle liquor restocking, to ensure smooth operation of the bar.
• Take pride in providing food and beverage services at Topgolf's high standards, maintaining professionalism and attention to details.
• Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other team members and departments, fostering teamwork and collaboration
• Follow Topgolf's and department safety, security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe and secure environment for guests & team members.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Degree in relevant area.
• Previous experience as a Bartender.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain professionalism under pressure
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English would be advantage..
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
