Job Task:
- Mix and master the mixology of drinks or cocktails
- Can calculate COGS bar costs and master stock taking of goods
- Brings a special appeal to the drink being made
- Developing old recipes into new and fresher recipes
- Responsible for operations and service at the bar, cleaning all glasses and equipment, checking bar drink stock.
Requirements:
- Min. have 2 years experience in the same position, hospitality industry or FB Industry
- Highly skilled and comfortable using English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for guest service.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willing to be placed in Nusa Dua - Bali
