Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with precision and consistency.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the workstation.
  • Engage with customers, provide excellent service, and share coffee knowledge.
  • Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock control, and ordering supplies.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Follow health and safety regulations and uphold caf standards.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (preferred).
  • Strong coffee knowledge and passion for specialty coffee.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in specialty coffee or hospitality.
  • Skilled in espresso extraction, milk texturing, latte art, and manual brewing methods.
  • Candidate must possess at least a high school diploma (a degree in F&B or hospitality is a plus).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Willing to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
  • Willing to be placed in PIK 2, Tangerang.
