Job Description

What You'll Do:
  • Prepare coffee, juice, and smoothies according to our client's standards.
  • Manage stock-taking and inventory processes for the bar area.
  • Maintain and take care of bar equipment.
  • Provide friendly service and genuine hospitality to every guest.
  • Collaborate with the bar, service, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Currently residing in Bali or willing to relocate.
  • Solid barista skills, including coffee, juices, smoothies, and brewing techniques.
  • Warm, confident, and guest-focused personality.
  • A strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
  • Interest in the hospitality industry; a background in fitness or combat sports is a plus
