Bar Operation Manager (FINNS Beach Club)
FINNS Beach Club is seeking an experienced and hands-on Bar Operation Manager to lead beverage operations in a high-volume lifestyle and entertainment venue. This role is ideal for someone with international experience in beach clubs, nightlife venues, premium bars, resorts, or hospitality-driven entertainment concepts.
The Bar Operation Manager will oversee daily bar operations, maintain high beverage and service standards, lead large teams, and drive operational efficiency while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily bar operations across all outlets and service periods
- Lead, supervise, and motivate bar teams to deliver excellent service and beverage quality
- Ensure consistency in cocktail preparation, presentation, and beverage standards
- Monitor operational flow to improve speed of service and guest satisfaction
- Develop and maintain SOPs for bar operations, hygiene, service standards, and beverage preparation
- Conduct regular training and coaching for bartenders and bar supervisors
- Manage inventory, stock control, par levels, ordering, and wastage prevention
- Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, finance, kitchen, and service teams to ensure operational efficiency
- Monitor beverage cost, stock usage, and operational expenses to maintain profitability
- Stay updated with global beverage trends, cocktail innovation, and market developments
- Ensure strong floor presence during operations and provide direct support to the team when needed
- Handle operational challenges in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Bar Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong experience in high-volume venues such as beach clubs, nightclubs, hotels, premium cocktail bars, or entertainment venues
- Proven experience managing large operational teams
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and current beverage trends
- Good understanding of beverage cost control, inventory management, stock control, and ordering systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in Asia or resort destinations is highly preferred
- Experience in beach clubs or large entertainment venues will be a strong advantage
- Will be based in Bali
