Qualifications – Bar Manager
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Bar Manager in Hospitality or F&B industry
- Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and mixology techniques
- Familiar with bar operational standards, inventory control, stock management, and beverage cost control
- Able to create beverage menus and develop new drink concepts aligned with brand identity
- Experienced in handling daily bar operations, scheduling, and team supervision
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Service-oriented with excellent customer handling abilities
- Tech savvy and familiar with POS systems and operational reporting
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
- Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in bar operations
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
