Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banquet Sales Representative, located in Kota Tangerang Selatan. The role involves planning and executing banquet sales strategies, managing client relationships, and coordinating with the operations team to deliver exceptional events. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, creating customized event proposals, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Collaboration with internal teams and ensuring customer satisfaction are key elements of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to ensure consistent performance and growth.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to coordinate events efficiently.
• Proactive and self-motivated with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A background or experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
