Banquet Manager

Eminence Global is a dynamic Indonesian hospitality company specializing in the development and operation of premium hotels, resorts, and condotels across Indonesia. As we continue to strengthen our team and elevate our service standards in line with our ongoing expansion across Indonesia, we are seeking an experienced and highly capable Banquet Manager to join the leadership team at our Eminence Lembang property.

As Banquet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of all banquet events, ensuring seamless operations and delivery memorable experiences that reflect Eminence's commitment to excellence. You will lead a team of banquet professionals, uphold brand standards, and drive both guest satisfaction and financial performance.

What you will do:

·      Oversee daily banquet operations, Including weddings, corporate events, and social functions

·      Ensure all events are executed according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and guest expectations

·      Lead, train, and motivate banquet team members to maintain luxury service standards

·      Coordinate closely with Kitchen, Sales, and other departments for seamless event execution

·      Monitor event setup, service flow, and breakdown to ensure operational excellence

·      Handle VIP guests and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail

·      Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality service

·      Manage labor scheduling and control operational costs

·      Drive revenue through upselling of banquet packages and services

·      Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly

What we are looking for:

·      Diploma or Bachelor's degree In Hospitality Management or related field

·      Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B, with at least 2 years in a banquet managerial role

·      Experience in a 5-star/4-star hotel environment is essential

·      Strong leadership and team management skills

·      Excellent communication In English, additional languages are an advantage

·      Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities

·      Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously

·      Good understanding of banquet operations, services styles, and hotel systems
