Eminence Global is a hospitality group focused on high-performance operations, guest experience, and operational excellence across premium hospitality assets in Indonesia. We are currently strengthening our banquet and events division in West Java and are looking for experienced professionals with strong hotel operations backgrounds.

Role Description

We are looking for a Banquet Manager to oversee banquet and event operations within a 5-star hotel environment in West Java.

The role requires strong operational leadership across event setup, service execution, coordination with kitchen and service teams, manpower planning, guest handling, and overall banquet performance. This position is focused on execution, consistency, team leadership, and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate must come from a structured hotel environment and be capable of managing large-scale operations while maintaining service standards and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all banquet and event operations
  • Lead banquet team during setup, service, and breakdown
  • Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction are maintained
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen, FOH, and operations teams
  • Manage staffing schedules, manpower, and event planning
  • Monitor operational costs, controls, and banquet performance
  • Maintain grooming, discipline, and SOP implementation
  • Handle guest feedback and operational problem-solving efficiently

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Banquet Operations within a 5-star hotel
  • Previous experience as Banquet Manager or Assistant Banquet Manager preferred
  • Strong understanding of hotel banquet operations and service standards
  • Experience managing large teams and multiple events simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Local candidates only
  • Must be willing to work on-site in West Java

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in banquet operations within a 5-star hotel
  • Strong understanding of hotel service standards and event operations
  • Must be located in commutable distance to West Java, Indonesia

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing large-scale banquet events and teams
  • Strong leadership and operational discipline
  • Experience working with KPI-driven hospitality environments
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
