About the Role
We are seeking Bank PMO professionals to govern and deliver complex cards and payments programs at Indonesian client banks. The mandate spans the full spectrum of program types — new card launches, competitor-scheme migrations, and BAU portfolio optimization may all be active simultaneously. Seeking profiles ranging from hands-on Project Coordinators managing timelines and delivery cadence through to senior Governance Leads managing steering committees and bank C-suite stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks — timelines, RAID logs, dependency management, and escalation protocols
- Lead or support steering committee and C-suite stakeholder engagement depending on seniority level
- Coordinate delivery across concurrent workstreams including new card launches, scheme migrations, and BAU optimization
- Operate fluidly across Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks as dictated by the client environment
- Manage project planning and tracking using tools including Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and SharePoint
- Produce and maintain reporting artifacts and performance dashboards using Power BI
- Produce and maintain project documentation and reporting artifacts; English is the primary documentation language
Must-Haves
- PMO experience in banking or financial services with direct exposure to cards or payments programs
- Demonstrated ability to work across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Proficiency with PMO tooling: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, SharePoint, and Power BI
- Stakeholder management capability calibrated to the seniority tier being applied for
- Scheme or payments domain familiarity; Mastercard preferred, Visa or Amex backgrounds acceptable
- English proficiency
Nice-to-Haves
- Bahasa Indonesia at conversational to business level — particularly valuable for local stakeholder management, though project documentation may remain in English
- Experience navigating OJK and Bank Indonesia regulatory and compliance environments
- Track record on competitor-scheme migration programs
- Prior experience managing governance for bank C-suite or board-level steering committees
