Role Description The Bancassurance Officer role is a contract, on-site position based in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, working closely with bank branch staff to promote Panin Dai-ichi Life products. The role involves engaging with bank customers, identifying their protection and investment needs, and offering suitable life insurance and related solutions. The Bancassurance Officer will conduct product presentations, support sales campaigns, and ensure accurate completion of policy applications and documentation in line with company and banking partner standards. This position also includes maintaining strong relationships with bank partners, monitoring daily sales activities, and providing after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention. Regular reporting on sales performance and market feedback to the supervisor or branch manager is part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in sales, customer relationship management, and client consultation within financial services or insurance.
• Ability to conduct clear product presentations, explain insurance and investment concepts, and communicate effectively with diverse customers and bank staff.
• Strong attention to detail, administrative accuracy, and basic numerical skills for handling proposals, policy documents, and premium calculations.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under sales targets, manage priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced branch environment.
• Minimum of a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in bancassurance, banking, or insurance sales is an advantage.
• Professional, ethical conduct aligned with company values, and willingness to work on-site in Kelapa Gading according to branch operating hours.
• Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, email) and familiarity with using digital tools for reporting and communication.
