Job Description

Responsibilities

. Understand overall vision, strategy and goals to execute and implement sales activities for all sales models.
. Lead a team of Insurance Specialist to drive sales targets at branch.
. Provide and explain insurance solutions to partner bank employees and bank loan customers.
. Build excellent relationship and communication with Bank Head Office, Loan, Credit Departments, Branches and other relevant departments to deliver results and achieve targets assigned.
. Support and create promotion ideas working with campaign team to drive sales.
. Align sales activity management with strategy to achieve business plan.
. Drive Sales and achieving assigned sales targets monthly, quarterly and yearly.
. Provide necessary training, coaching and supervision to partner bank employees
. Ensure sales process quality to minimize fraud and customer complaints.

Requirements:
. Up to 10 years of experience in financial industry
. Bachelor degree from recognized universities preferably in Finance, Business Management/ Administration and other relevant areas
. Work experience in financial services sales is preferred
. Must be self-driven, highly motivated and have strong leadership and influencing skills
. Proven track record in sales management and people management are definite advantage
. Strong analyti cal, inter-personal, communication (verbal and written in English and Myanmar) and business development / sales skills
