Banca Product Partnership - Manager

Job Description:

1. Develop an annual product calendar with the bank's partner, outlining joint plans and revenue targets based on agreed product prioritization (Prudential Syariah & partner).
2. Identify partner requirements, gather detailed business needs, and translate them into feature requests for the product team, including competitive analysis (if applicable).
3. Ensure continuous alignment between partners, internal product team, operations, legal, compliance, and other relevant stakeholders as per the agreement.
4. Coordinate with product teams to prioritize and deliver required product developments or enhancements.
5. Conduct coordination meetings when the bank requests detailed product specification discussions, and provide the internal product team with benchmark information or potential customer data to justify new product design (ideation).
6. Support GTM planning, including partner training and product briefings for the bank (socialization sessions).
7. Assist the product team with annual due diligence on competitive products and provide updated recommendations.

Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of banking and insurance products.
2. Ability to assess product feasibility and align with strategy.
3. Project management skills for implementation and timelines.
4. Familiarity with OJK compliance and reporting.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder pitching skills.
6. Background in sales or product management is a plus.
